Carl Williams is the CEO and Founder of NzingaNet Inc., a managed IT services company based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. He built NzingaNet on a simple belief: small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same caliber of technology, security, and support that large enterprises rely on, delivered by a team that actually answers the phone.

With over 15 years of experience, Carl has led major IT, network, and infrastructure projects for notable organizations including the National Park Service, the U.S. Department of the Interior, and Cross Technologies. That work gave him a firsthand view of how the right systems, set up properly and maintained proactively, keep an organization secure, compliant, and running.

Today he brings that enterprise-grade discipline to Pennsylvania SMBs, helping them take control of their technology across security, cloud, compliance, and IT strategy. Beyond NzingaNet, Carl continues to support other businesses as an entrepreneur and operations leader, helping them grow by improving how they run their services and care for their customers.
